The Bake Story began in the stillness of Covid lockdowns — a time when Manasa, like many parents, found herself asking a deeper question: what are we really feeding our children?

Determined to give her kids the best start, she began baking from scratch — replacing refined sugars, artificial colours, and preservatives with organic ingredients that nourish the gut and fuel the mind.
